Emily Generazzo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, business owner, and registered yoga teacher, trained in Holistic and Expressive Therapies, specializing in services for children, adults, and family-based interventions.
Emily possesses strengths in both individual intervention and group dynamic intervention. In-depth knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. Accomplished at fostering meaningful relationships and developing effective short-term and long-term plans to achieve client goals.
Not Your Average Mermaid was the inspiration for Emily to create non-traditional therapeutic programs, both on land and sea.

Children’s Paddleboard Workshop: Yoga, Art, Games & Mindfulness
AGES: 7-12
Join Ms. Em and her salt water team for a fun-filled and enriching experience where kids will learn the art of paddle-boarding while engaging in yoga, art, games, and mindfulness activities.
This workshop is designed to help children connect with nature, foster emotional well-being, and deepen their connection with mental health in a creative way! Through guided yoga sessions on the board, creative art projects, and mindfulness exercises, children will build confidence, focus, and resilience.
No prior paddle experience required. Prior to the class, your child will receive basic SUP 101, (basic paddle skills and safety).

In collaboration with Sup East Coast Style, join the salt-water crew for a paddle board yoga class. This class was created to align your mind/ body connection, while channeling the natural element of fluid water. This guided yoga class, and meditation will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged and renewed as you empower the body from the inside out.
